Our Custom Design Process

At imPRESS’D Custom Creations, every order is crafted with intention, care, and creativity. To keep your experience smooth and stress‑free, we follow a clear design and production process from start to finish.

1. Submit Your Order Request

Complete the Custom Order Form with your event details, design notes, and any inspiration or files you’d like us to reference. This helps us understand your vision from the very beginning.

2. Pay the $20 Design Deposit

A flat $20 design deposit is required to begin the creative process.

This deposit covers:

• Initial concept development

• Multiple mockup variations

• Up to two rounds of revisions

Your deposit is applied toward your final invoice.

3. Receive Your Initial Mockups

You’ll receive a set of thoughtfully crafted design variations based on your request. This is where your vision starts to come to life.

4. Revisions & Refinements

Your deposit includes two rounds of revisions.

This may include:

• Color adjustments

• Layout changes

• Font updates

• Swapping elements

Additional revisions are available at $5 per round.

5. Final Design Approval

Once you’re happy with your design, you’ll approve the final proof.

This approval confirms:

• Spelling

• Colors

• Layout

• Quantities

• Final details

No changes can be made after approval.

6. Final Invoice

After approval, you’ll receive your final invoice based on your selected quantity and product type. Many customers increase their quantity after seeing their mockup — and that’s perfectly fine.

7. Production Begins

Production starts once the final invoice is paid in full.

8. Pickup or Shipping

Once complete, your order will be packaged with care and prepared for pickup or shipping based on your preference.
